YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO PURCHASE FROM CANDLE JOY. DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE IF YOU ARE NOT 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PURCHASES MADE FROM ANYONE WHO IS NOT AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE.

Candle Joy is a small women owned business that handcrafts candles. We scent our candles as well as crafting dyed and natural candles. We offer a selection of scented candles to enhance your surroundings with fragrance. Our candles are crafted with the express enjoyment of and safety for our customers who purchase them. Our candles are tested for safety before releasing for purchase.

No one under the age of 18 is permitted to purchase from this site. You must agree to the age limit policy before making a purchase.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Candle Joy offers limited scented candle and in limited quantities. We offer candle accessories which are designed to keep the candle in safe burning condition, to keep the candle clean, and to have eye appeal.

Candle Joy candles and accessories are “subject to price increases and decreases without notice.” Any “product description is subject to change without notice.” We reserve the right to discontinue any candle scent or color, any jar or container the candles are homed in, and accessories that we offer at any time, and without notice.

SHIPPING

Candle Joy ships “only” within the United States. Our shipping schedule is Monday-Friday of each week. We ship within 48 hours of your purchase throughout the 5-day shipping week. Shipping is by means of FedEx, UPS, or USPS. All shipping is to be paid by you, the customer, according to your shipping location, the weight of the package, and size of the package.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

Candle Joy does not refund shipping costs of the product at your time of purchase, and does not refund the shipping costs for you to send a return purchase to be exchanged. The responsibility for return of a candle purchase or accessories is the responsibility of the person, who made the purchase. Any return must meet “all conditions” stated in our return policy found elsewhere on this website.

PAYMENT

Candle Joy will not ship until the payment is received in full and confirmed for any purchase from our candle business. All orders are immediate pay and without payment terms or quantity discounts. Your customer details are stored on our site. We do not sell your information or release it to other parties.

CANDLE JOY MAY, AT ANY TIME, AND WITHOUT NOTICE, CHANGE ANY PART or ALL OF THIS AGREEMENT. All candle jars and containers are labeled with a warning sticker that refers to the safety of burning your candle. Candle Joy is not responsible for any injury or damages of any type to a property or a person. We test our candles before releasing them for purchase. Follow the safety warnings on the warning label to eliminate the incurrence of injury or damages to a person or property.
