CANDLE JOY REFUND and SHIPPING POLICIES

Keep the box and packaging in which your candles and/or accessories arrive to your mailing address.

Thank you for your purchase from Candle Joy. Our hand-made candles are made with quality ingredients and hand poured into quality jar vessels or containers. We describe the candle’s fragrance as accurately as possible under the candle that is for sale. The fragrance is written for you to read before you make a purchase. Even though it can be difficult to understand how a scent will flow into your room, we cannot accept exchanges due to a candle’s scent.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
We do not offer refunds on our products. Each of our candles arrive in a candle box to protect the candle during its shipping. Certain circumstances may warrant an exchange, however; you must email Candle Joy with your request. We will respond within 48 hours to your correspondence. Should we approve an exchange, specific requirements will apply:
ALL exchanges must be returned within 7 days of having received your delivery.
Candles for exchange must be returned in the original candle box and the packaging along with the original invoice for proof of purchase date.
Candles cannot have been burned. No damaged items will not be accepted for exchange.
ALL “sale” candles or accessories are final sales. No exchanges permitted.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
The original, showing the purchase date, must accompany the return for exchange.
All returns are to be mailed to our mailing address.
All above conditions apply; otherwise, the conditions will not have been met for exchange.

SHIPPING
Candle Joy ships Monday-Friday of each week. We will ship within 48 hours of your purchase 5 days each week. Shipping is by means of FedEx, UPS, or USPS and is paid by the customer according to shipping location, weight, and size of box.

RETURN SHIPPING
Candle Joy does not refund the shipping of the product at time of purchase, and does not refund the shipping you pay to send a return a purchase to be exchanged. The responsibility to return a candle or accessories belong to the person who made the purchase. Make sure to send the invoice along with your exchange shipment. Your exchange will process within 48 hours of receiving the item you return.
